Leclerc (right lat strain) will receive a second opinion with a doctor in Texas during the week of April 28, MLB.com reports.
Scouting Report
Has a great fastball/slider combination that can dominate batters in the minor leagues. Was used as both a starter and reliever at lower levels, but has settled into a bullpen role in Major League Baseball. Does not have ideal size for a pitcher, so he must get stronger and add more stamina. Needs to work on his average changeup.
Long Range Potential: Solid right-hander.
