Horn will add to Detroit's bullpen depth for the 2025 season. The left-handed reliever has just 18 games of MLB experience, but he could get his next opportunity with the Tigers if he pitches well in the minors this year. He also rejoins the organization after a brief stint last season.
What does it give the St. Louis Cardinals
The Cardinals designated Horn for assignment shortly before this trade. They did fine here getting some cash in return, a few months after claiming Horn off waivers.
