In Valanciunas, the Nuggets add a veteran center who should be a solid backup to Nikola Jokic. He will come off the bench and likely be a scoring option for the Nuggets' second unit.
What does it give the Sacramento Kings
Saric is a depth player these days, as injuries and age have caught up to him. The Kings may not keep Saric, either. This deal seems like a salary dump by Sacramento.
Fantasy impact
Neither Valanciunas nor Saric are good fantasy options at this time. Valanciunas is now stuck behind Jokic, while Saric is on the back nine of his NBA career.
