Scouting Report
The munchkin-sized speedster has fashioned an NFL career after playing at Division II Assumption University and going undrafted. His ability to return punts got him noticed, but he continues to improve as a wide receiver as well, which earns him more touches. His size could keep him from being an impact player, but his improvement as a receiver and ability to return both kicks and punts should keep him around for a while.
Long Range Potential: Speedy return man and wide receiver.
