Scouting Report
His fastball consistently sat in the mid 90's and could reach the high 90's on the gun. His arm angle made him tough for right-handed bats to pick up. Possessed a nasty slider for MLB. Was quite injury-prone. Command was also a problem after he turned pro, and left-handed hitters had a tendency to see his pitches a little better than righties. Lacked consistency.
Long Range Potential: Talented but fragile reliever, if healthy.
