Jansen picked up the save Monday against the Rangers. He allowed no hits or walks while striking out one over 1.1 perfect innings.

Jansen struck out two in a perfect inning to earn the save in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Mariners.
Scouting Report
Has a tremendous frame and a great arm. His overall pitching arsenal produces big strikeout totals. Dominates on the mound, so he is rather equipped to pitch late in games. Needs to keep his walks total down, and also maintain his composure, in order to maximize his late-inning output. Is still a bit raw as a pitcher, since he's a converted catcher.
Long Range Potential: Dominant late-inning reliever.
