Corbin (3-5) took the loss Friday, giving up two runs on five hits over eight innings as the Rangers fell 2-0 to the Nationals. He struck out two without walking a batter.
Scouting Report
Understands the art of pitching rather well. Has a live arm and a solid 6-3 frame. Can strike batters out and pound the strike zone consistently. Can get hit hard when his pitches tend to elevate (surrendering too many long balls and hits in general). Injuries have been an issue for him.
Long Range Potential: Excellent left-hander.
