Singleton cleared waivers Thursday and was sent outright to Triple-A Sugar Land.
Scouting Report
Has a great bat with big-time power and run-producing ability. Is a huge target at first base (6'2'', 256). Is also a sneaky baserunner, capable of stealing a few bases here and there. Must keep the strikeouts total down in order to maximize output with the stick (at all levels). Must also cut down on his number of errors with the glove, since he is a little below-average.
Long Range Potential: Inconsistent first baseman.
