The Cubs reinstated Thielbar (personal) from the paternity list Monday, Jared Wyllys of AllCHGO.com reports.
Scouting Report
Can strike batters out, thanks largely to a very good curveball. Can be an effective reliever against left-handed hitting when used judiciously. Gets hit hard the more he is exposed to batters. Needs to curb his propensity to walk too many batters, which can lead him into a lot of trouble.
Long Range Potential: Situational left-hander.
