Minter (lat) is considering season-ending surgery, Manny Gomez of NJ.com reports.
Scouting Report
Owns plenty of strikeout ability and is especially tough on left-handed batters in the minor leagues. Can be a dominant pitcher when on top of his game. Needs to curb his penchant for bases on balls, and gain greater control of his pitching arsenal, in order to maximize output in Major League Baseball.
Long Range Potential: Situational left-hander with upside.
