Lawrence was placed on the 15-day injured list due to right elbow inflammation on Thursday, Alex Stumpf of MLB.com reports.
Scouting Report
Owns an ideal pitchers' frame (6-3, 220 pounds) and the ability to strike plenty of batters out in the minor leagues. Therefore, he is a candidate to close out ball games. Walks can get the better of him, and he also has a tendency to serve up home runs at critical times (which he needs to curb in order to maximize output in MLB).
Long Range Potential: Talented reliever with some upside.
