Conklin agreed to terms Friday on a one-year contract with the Chargers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Scouting Report
A definite threat in short-range jump ball situations. Has long arms, helping him in all tight end situations. Strong and muscular, helping him with blocks and tackle-breaking. A very good leaper who will win jump balls. Very solid in the agility and footwork departments. Quick and explosive. Lacks top-tier foot speed for a pro tight end.
Long Range Potential: Talented tight end.
