The latecomer to football is a piece of athletic clay to be molded. His football instincts are still developing, and he has a lot to learn in terms of coverage skills. Injuries have been an issue, as have poor tackling habits and taking bad angles. He has the athletic skills to play in the NFL; the question is whether they can be developed in time for him to make an impact.
