Rochell agreed to terms Wednesday on a one-year deal with Dallas, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Scouting Report
He likely would have been picked higher in the draft had he gone to a bigger college football program (an ACL tear in high school scared off a lot of potential suitors), because he has the size, length and explosiveness NFL teams want in a cornerback. He shifted from wide receiver to defensive back after his redshirt freshman season and still attacks throws like a pass catcher. He can play in a variety of coverage schemes.
