Singletary is likely to remain on the Giants' roster despite Tyrone Tracy's role as the likely primary ball carrier and the addition of RB Cam Skattebo via the 2025 NFL Draft, Art Stapleton of The Bergen Record reports.
Singletary carried seven times for 22 yards and caught his only target for a five-yard loss in Sunday's 20-13 Week 18 loss against the Eagles. He concluded the campaign with 113 rushes for 437 yards and four touchdowns along with 21 receptions on 24 targets for 119 yards over 15 games.
The fun-sized crowd pleaser and former college touchdown machine oozes excitement with video game moves and elite vision; he bursts like a cherry bomb in the defense, freezes would-be tacklers with jump cuts and is incredibly evasive in a crowd. Is fairly physical for his size; he will lower his shoulder and fight for yardage. Is also skilled as a short-range receiver in space. Is willing but largely overmatched on most blocking assignments. Is also undersized for goal line duty. Lacks true breakaway speed in the open field. May not be an every-down back at the top level.
Long Range Potential: Talented, complementary running back with upside.
