The Titans placed Sneed (knee) on the active/PUP list Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Sneed (quadriceps) recently said during his football camp that he's healthy and "ready to get back on the field," Buck Reising of 104-5 The Zone reports. "I'm healthy as I've been," Sneed proclaimed.
A lightly regarded cornerback in college football, he came from a hellish family situation but quickly grew into an NFL regular. He has the versatility to rush the quarterback, shut down speedsters in the slot and also play on the outside. Furthermore, he is an aggressive, physical force in stopping the run.
Long Range Potential: Versatile defensive back and playmaker.
