The Canadian running back was a huge producer in college football, but he is learning that he has to show more creativity to consistently get to the second level in the NFL. He is a good downhill runner but has to show that he is physical enough to generate more yards after contact. He also needs to improve his pass-catching and pass-blocking skills.
