Rousseau agreed to a four-year, $80 million contract extension with the Bills on Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Rousseau recorded 53 total tackles (36 solo), including 8.0 sacks, three passes defended and three forced fumbles over 16 regular-season games in 2024.
The defensive lineman came out after just one full season of college football but wasted no time showing he has the size and speed to play at the NFL level. His motor never quits, which is a huge asset, and he has the size and quickness to play inside or rush off the edge. He is still a work in progress, so his play against the run should improve as he gains experience.
