Jones (knee) agreed to terms on a three-year, $33 million extension with Seattle on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
An inside linebacker who lacks optimum bulk, he plays a lot bigger than his size and wasted little time making an impression in the NFL. His football IQ and toughness on the interior more than make up for his less-than-blazing speed and limited athleticism. He diagnoses plays well between the tackles and is always near the football, but he will always have some limitations in pursuit and coverage.
