Olave (concussion) is participating in OTAs without restrictions and took reps returning punts Thursday, Luke Johnson of NOLA.com reports.
Saints general manager Mickey Loomis said Wednesday that the team plans to exercise the fifth-year option on Olave's (concussion) contract, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
The smooth-striding receiver makes things happen. Piled up touchdowns in college football thanks to his ability to get open at all three levels. He has high-end speed and good ball skills, and he recognizes coverages well. However, he will have to get stronger to cope with the more physical defensive backs in the NFL. He can play inside or outside, and should be able to stretch the field while catching a lot of balls.
Long Range Potential: Productive wide receiver with a nose for the end zone.
