Lawrence (foot) signed a three-year, $42 million deal with the Seahawks on Wednesday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
An intense, energetic, and productive pass rusher. Uses his above-average athleticism, length, and large hands to slip past blockers and get to ball-carriers. Has the motor and mobility to play outside linebacker but also the strength and explosiveness to line up as a defensive end. Somewhat undersized for a classic end, and as a linebacker needs to improve his technique dropping back and covering the pass. Could be more deceptive and elusive in general with his moves coming off the edge. Needs to answer questions about character / maturity.
Long Range Potential: Highly athletic pass rusher with upside.
