Taylor appeared in two regular-season games for the Jets in 2024, completing 17 of 22 passes for 119 yards and three touchdowns, while rushing three times for 13 yards.
Taylor completed 11 of 14 passes for 83 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 40-14 loss to the Bills. He also threw a two-point conversion while playing the fourth quarter.
A nice mix of accurate passing and super mobility in the pocket, and can make plays with both his arm and his feet. Has a great arm and and is decisive, which helps him make plays. Has worked to become a productive and efficient starting NFL QB. Not ideally-sized for the NFL quarterback spot, limiting his field vision in the pocket and leading to bouts of interceptions. Could do even more with his excellent feet and mobility. Must keep improving his defense recognition, play-calling skills, and patience.
