A smashmouth lead blocker who loves to hit opponents. Willing and active as a blocker. Has excellent hands and instincts as a receiver: catches the ball in stride, refuses to go down on contact, and is a threat in the red zone. Smart, hard-working, and does what his team needs. Lacks both size and speed for an NFL fullback. Plays more like a tight end, but has the size of a tailback. Not a proven ball-carrier out of the backfield, and doesn't have the fluid moves or speed to make defenders miss. Durability may be an issue with his size and approach.
