Armstead tallied 29 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, and three passes defended over 17 games in 2024.
An incredibly tall and ultra-strong defensive lineman, he can bulldoze his way to the quarterback as well as anyone. A natural 3-4 defensive end, he does display enough versatility to play 4-3 defensive tackle or end as well. Is also a factor against the run. Needs to get a bit fitter in order to dominate at the highest level, since his stamina has come into question. At times, he's a bit too tall when grappling against linemen on the interior.
Long Range Potential: Versatile defensive lineman with the ability to dominate.
