The Jets sent Salomonsson to Skelleftea AIK of the SHL on Thursday.
Scouting Report
The Swedish defenseman is a strong skater who can get the puck out of his own zone and close gaps defensively. His best offensive trait is his shot, which can beat goaltenders from the point. He displays some creativity but will have to be more consistent offensively in order to thrive in the NHL.
Long Range Potential: Mobile defenseman.
