Scouting Report
Threw a lot of strikes, generally. Could be used either as a reliever or starter, though he found his minor-league niche pitching out of the bullpen. Was far too hittable, even at the minor-league level, mainly because he was usually around the plate. Lacked dominant strikeout prowess for MLB.
Long Range Potential: Journeyman right-hander.
