Fulmer signed a minor-league contract with the Royals on Thursday.
Scouting Report
Owns a solid frame, plus an excellent fastball-slider combination. Throws a lot of strikes and can also rack up impressive strikeout totals at all levels. Is a workhorse type. Needs to avoid the injury-prone label, so he could stand to add a few more pounds of muscle. Also needs to improve his changeup for best MLB results. Is not overpowering.
Long Range Potential: Depth right-hander.
