Fitzpatrick and the Dolphins have agreed to a revised contract that will add a $16.245 million signing bonus to his deal, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The Steelers are trading Fitzpatrick to the Dolphins as part of a deal for TE Jonnu Smith and CB Jalen Ramsey, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
A highly polished defensive back with the size and playmaking ability to be a difference-maker. Defends passes consistently, and possesses a well-rounded game. Pretty skilled and ready to compete. Not much of a factor in the intereceptions department, and would keep opponents guessing more if he added more pickoffs to his repertoire.
Long Range Potential: Potential star defensive back.
