Scouting Report
The dual-threat quarterback plays with plenty of confidence and has the tools to generate big plays. He has adequate arm strength, does not panic when under pressure and can make plays with his feet. He needs to improve his timing and ball placement in order to give his receivers a better chance to generate yards after the catch.
Long Range Potential: Playmaking quarterback with upside.
