McCann went 1-for-2 with two walks, a solo home run and an additional run scored in Wednesday's 8-2 win over San Diego.
Scouting Report
Is a polished receiver with plenty of baseball smarts behind the dish. Owns a quick delivery to slow down the opponents' running game. Owns a decent amount of home-run power. Will never be confused with an impact offensive catcher, as he needs to drastically improve his walk/strikeout ratio. Also, he is slow afoot (though quick and nimble behind the plate).
Long Range Potential: Decent catcher.
